HoM Charleston's Executive Chef, Shay MacDonald believes that the concept of food is eternal "It can never stop evolving into further collections of techniques and applications," and today the burger boutique is unveiling new creative burgers and drinks for summer to join their delicious staples, like the HoM Wrecker and the Backyard Burger.

New burgers include:
•Grilled Chipotle Chicken - chicken breast, guacamole, pico, pepperjack, baon, chipotle- honey slaw

•The Godzilla - a double decker with goat cheese, bacon jam, scallion pistou, fried pickles and smoked onion slaw

•Chicken Satay - chicken patty, pad thai slaw, sriracha aioli, peanut sesame relish

• 3 Little Pigs - two pork chorizo patties, bacon-chili hash, pepperjack, bacon, fried egg, smoked tomato aioli

For those who air on the lighter side, the Watermelon Salad and Summer Salad will deliver. MacDonald has mastered the art of a perfectly filling and fresh salad with lots of arugula, mint, basil, and citrus characteristics. As for sides, there's the corn, bacon, and bleu cheese guacamole.

The specialty drinks also got hit with summer, lots of refreshing cucumber, mint, and ginger flavors. The Blueberry-Mint Smash with blueberry-infused vodka, ginger liquor, mint, lemon is perfect for a scorching summer day in Charleston, and the Mexican Mule with tequila, jalapeño honey, and ginger beer is an excellent spicy take on its milder relative.
