ABOUT ME:
Bailey is a proud resident of the north (“Neck”) area of downtown Charleston and strongly promotes the progression of the city. Having started doing hair at age 13, hair/beauty is her first passion, but she also has a strong connection with art, fashion, music, design—basically all things showcasing people's creativity. When she is not working at Elysium Salon, you may see her out enjoying neighborhood restaurants and bars, listening to local music, or kicking back at Hampton Park with her doxie Nellie.
