The countdown is on! Pink Cactus will open their doors at 100 A Spring Street Friday, March 8. This restaurant is set to add some spice to Charleston with their bold Mexican flavors with it's fun, intimate atmosphere and extensive spirits menu––a perfect place to relax after a long week, dont'cha think?

Owner Brooke Warden and chef Jeremy Paige teamed up and will be serving up foods focused on Oaxacan fare, featuring a number of mole driven dishes and house made tortillas––yum! Jeremy's background in Mexican foods was strengthed during his recent trip to Oaxaca, where he learned the deep appreciation for Mexican culture and the techniques to create a custom volcanic stone corn mill.

Pink Cactus is set to be a free spirited cozy place with pops of spicy and vibrant colors. The 40-seat restaurant will be walk-in only, and will launch its dinner service next Friday, March 8, followed by lunch in the spring. "We want to be as rustic and as traditional as we can," says Brooke.

Who's ready to get a genuine Mexican cultural experience? We know we are. Be sure to follow them at @pinkcactus.chs for more updates.
