It Finally Feels like Summer!

With this warm weather finally moving into Charleston, all I can think about is throwing a summer cocktail party! And it would be so easy to throw together a small cocktail party in the backyard using the Pantone Color of the Year, Emerald.

All you need is...

1. Cold bite-size appetizers in this heat, like these cute Cucumber & Feta Boats. Recipe here.

2. The perfect outfit! Try a long floor-length number like this one from Milly NYC.

3. Interesting little details, such as chevron straws for your drinks.

4. A signature cocktail. Try a Blue Lagoon, made by mixing and shaking vodka, pineapple juice, and blue Curacao.

5. Easy summer flower centerpieces. Hydrangeas are simple and seasonal.
