Now, he's shedding the cloak of anonymity and revealing his own identity, as well as that of his alter-ego. Born out of equal parts shock, frustration, and disbelief behind the wheel, Owen created the personality Holy City Traffic Spinner as a comedic response to the roadways in Charleston.
