New year, new season. That’s right all you suckers for reality dating shows, the new season of The Bachelor airs Monday, January 2.

We last saw our newly beloved bachelor Nick Viall leaving the warm beaches of paradise Mexico after his heart-wrenching breakup with brunette, instafamous Jen. (no last name, just Jen)

Follow my journey to find love, err I mean, follow my episode breakdowns of Nick’s journey to find love this season. Have nothing else to do on your Monday evenings? Join our #BachelorBreakdown Bracket Challenge.

  • Step 1: Visit this the bracket challenge website. You’ll need to create an account by logging in with Facebook or Twitter. Don’t have a Facebook or Twitter account? Well idk what to tell you because it’s 2017.
  • Step 2: Watch the first episode on January 2. I’m not into viewing and researching the contestants before it all starts, that’s how real love works. Stalking your date on all forms of social media before you go out with them. Amirite? Instead, the bracket is set up so you can actually watch the first episode THEN make your bracket selections after the first rose ceremony.
  • Step 3: Make your selections. After the first rose ceremony, you will have until right before the second episode airs to make your final choices. Basically you’ll have a week to decide who’s crazy and who’s not. Choose wisely, first impressions aren't always what they seem in The Bachelor Mansion.
  • Step 4: Watch the season. Or don’t  because you already made your selections after the first rose ceremony and I will be giving weekly breakdowns.

Will Nick find true love this season? Or ever? Who knows. but as someone who tried out for this season of The Bachelor (maybe you’ll see me on the upcoming episode, maybe you won’t) I hope he does find someone. And I hope his journey to get there is hella good.

The new season of The Bachelor airs Monday, January 2 on ABC network at 8:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time. See y’all then.
