ABOUT ME:
Erica Veal is a San Francisco native who moved to Charleston, SC in 2007 to work on a Masters in African American History. She has since settled in the area, working in historic preservation and interpretation before finding a management position with the county. When she isn’t working and blogging, she enjoys exploring local historic sites, museums, and art galleries, as well as cooking, organic gardening, and volunteering in the community.
