I love supporting my local Habitat For Humanity ReStore. Huge-solid-wood-bookshelf, $25?
I painted this beast in the middle of our foyer and really did not want to sand it inside the house. (Or sand it at all! Let's face it. No one likes to sand furniture.)
I loved it!
It's an oil-based primer so I used a disposable foam roller and brush.
The roller was much faster than the brush, but I still needed the brush for the nooks and crannies.

This bookshelf offers tons of storage in our playroom for $25 (plus paint).
It's amazing what a coat of white paint can do, isn't it?

I purchased my Zinsser at Lowe's.
**I am happy to report that after much use, the paint on this bookshelf is holding up beautifully!
