I hope you’ve been following Charleston Grit’s coverage of the Charleston Arts Festival. They offer so many opportunities to check out amazing artists and acts like PechaKucha, Paul Cristina, and Myth of an Atom.

There are still a few great events left in the Festival that you don’t want to miss.  

November 3 – Film at CAF: Premieres of Beyond Transport and Alexx Finding Home

The Charleston Arts Festival is presenting the American premier of two new documentaries by California-based filmmaker, Ched Lohr. Beyond Transport explores the ways in which our devices distance us from our fellow humans while Alexx Finding Home focuses on a twenty-nine-year-old woman’s journey to establish a home for her small family following years of homelessness. November 12-30 – “Visually Speaking: PechaKucha Portraits by Jonathan Boncek”

To mark an incredible ten years of PechaKucha in Charleston, local photographer Jonathan Boncek will display twenty-eight images from PechaKucha presenters taken during his 2011-2018 tenure as staff photographer for Charleston City Paper.

Free Viewing Monday-Thursday 12-6 p.m. and Friday 10a.m.-6p.m.
