The streets on Thursday nights in downtown Charleston are filled with people going from event to event. This past Thursday night, the annual White Haute Night’s series at Tabbuli on Market Street featured local store, Dandy Boutique presenting a Mad Women theme, an ode to the women's wear seen on AMC's award-winning series, Mad Men.

The 1960's-inspired night started with the beautiful and hilarious emcee, Jaisee Alexander, who then introduced Holly and Dandy Boutique. Dj Trevor D (also known as Trevor Donovan) was also entertaining the crowd with beats and hilarious commentary. Dandy Boutique’s owner, Holly McGetrick was in attendance along with several close girlfriends (including lucky me!)

Stylist Kelly Harrold, of fashion blog Paper Meets Pearl, dressed the models before their outfits were enhanced by Mad Women inspired hair and makeup.

Among the pieces featured were rompers, dresses, matching separates, shoes, and bags. The looks were a consistent mix of great textures and prints which made for a compelling and intersting take on a retro inspired look. Take a peek for yourself and don’t forget to check out Dandy Boutique downtown on John Street.
