Scallops Aglio e Olio – Roasted scallops on a bed of garlic potato puree with sauteed king oyster mushrooms, bok choy and red pepper flakes
Tortellini Wagyu al Pomodoro – Wagyu beef and prosciutto tortellini pasta with 22 months aged parmigiano cream and red wine reduction
Tagliolini Lobster – Poached lobster tail with lobster bisque, lemon butter sauce and tarragon
Filetto Rossini – Pan-seared beef filet with a red wine reduction, pan fried brioche bread, foie gras escalope, sauteed spinach and fresh black perigord truffle
