My New Favorite "A-List" Rugs

You’ve probably discerned by now that I am an absolute art fanatic. Collecting is truly an unyielding passion of mine. But art isn’t the only design element that gets my heart pumping—I’m equally as passionate about rugs, and the enhancement they lend to a space.

The Rug Company’s always been on my design radar, but I typically stick to my friends at Moattar in Atlanta for insanely stand-out rugs. They’re flat-out hard to beat. But, my recent trip to NYC prompted a visit to the Rug Company’s showroom in the Village, and, I have to admit: I was blown away. Not to mention totally inspired! They’ve recently teamed up with one of my fave fashion houses Marni, and are also pumping out gorgeous collaborations with other A-list artists and designers like Eva Ziesel, Vivienne Westwood, and Kelly Wearstler. There are so many beautiful rugs to choose from! And their supple, silk-wool blends make you want to sleep on the floor! A win-win in my book: soft and stunning.
