Sea & Sand Festival Returns to Folly

Back for it's 29th year, the Sea & Sand Festival takes over Folly Beach tonight, Friday, September 20th, with the 6th Annual Sea & Sand Pageant at Folly River Park. Other weekend festivities include a street party Saturday bookended by a sandcastle competition and volleyball tournament on Sunday.
