We know talent when we see it, and, apparently, Blair Machado does, too. Because the mastermind behind Nomadic Supper Club has tapped Private Chef and Charleston Grit Culinary Contributor Lauren Furey to co-headline the second installment of his pop-up dinner series Thursday, December 19th, at The Daily.
We couldn't be more proud of our resident food writer as she and Machado tackle the tastes of Italy in a five-course offering complemented with specialty cocktails created by celebrated mixologist and Doar Bros. bar manager Megan Deschaine.
