Three years ago, Charleston's ownDarius Ruckerset out to create a music festival for his hometown andRiverfront Revivalwas born. Wildly successful from the start, Rucker, alongside SRE Entertainment, has curated yet another an all-star roster of talent for this year's festival set to take place on Friday, October 11, and Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Riverfront Park in North Charleston. Daily tickets and weekend passes are now available for fans to purchase as well the first look at the musical lineup filled with nineties nostalgia, Americana, rock and country.

2024's Riverfront Revival will feature multi-Diamond, two-time GRAMMY Award-winning and internationally acclaimed band Hootie & the Blowfish, of which Rucker is a member, and the GRAMMY Award-winning Tedeschi Trucks Band as headlliners. Tedeschi Trucks Band will headline Friday night while Hootie & the Blowfish will wrap up the two-day festival Saturday night to officially end their 2024 "Summer Camp with Trucks" tour. Having not toured since 2019, Riverfront Revival guests are in for an epic treat as Hootie & the Blowfish bring it home along the banks of the Cooper River.
New this year is a General Admission Plus package which includes a private bar, seating and restrooms.
“I can’t think of a better way to close Riverfront Revival out with a bang than next to my Hootie & the Blowfish bandmates,” shares Rucker. “Charleston and the band both mean so much to me and are an integral part of who I am, so I’m thrilled to bring these two parts of my life together for everyone to celebrate and enjoy.”
Rounding out Friday night's performers are The Revivalists, Paul Cauthen, Southall, Grace Bowers & the Hodge Podge and July Moon. Saturday brings us Jamey Johnson, Collective Soul, Arrested Development, Hailey Whitters, Sister Hazel, Shane Profitt, James Island's own Gritty Flyright, Brady Smith and Elizabeth Covington. Gates open at 4 P.M. Friday with music starting at 5 P.M. and ending at 11 P.M. Saturday, ticketholders can enter the gates at noon, with performances from 1-11 P.M. Those wanting to attend can access daily passes on sale now in tiered pricing plus taxes and fees at the General Admission level ($115), General Admission Plus level ($225) and VIP level ($325). Additionally, weekend passes are still available at the General Admission level ($190), General Admission Plus level ($375) and VIP level ($600). New this year is a General Admission Plus package which includes a private bar, seating and restrooms. A limited number of VIP tickets offer festival-goers dedicated entrances and viewing areas in front of the stages, exclusive premium lounge areas, bars and restrooms. Pro tip: don't sleep on these. Riverfront Revival's VIP passes have sold out for the past two years.
