¡Hola! We're excited to bring you the 5th Annual Puerto Rican Pop-Up atWild Common! As Executive Chef, we're celebrating my Puerto Rican roots with a special dinner series held the last Sunday of each month throughout the summer. From the Luquillo food kiosks to the lush El Yunque rainforest, the menus will offer a culinary tour inspired by my “Enchanted Island” hometown. Guests can expect creative takes on traditional Puerto Rican favorites including Mofongo Relleno de Mariscos (mashed plantains with local seafood), Arroz con Gandules, Pernil Asado y Yuca al Mojo (roasted pork, rice and pigeon peas), Flan de queso and more.
