An all-star cast of Charleston top chefs — including Chef Shamil Velazquez ofDelaney Oyster HouseandMinero,Chef Mark Bolchoz ofIndaco,and Ray England ofHusk— will be dishing up crave-worthy culinary creations showcasing a variety of beef products from DemKota Ranch Beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, squab, rabbit, duck, fish, chicken, artisan cheeses, and heirloom vegetables.
