Ear For Music announces Charleston Bluegrass Festival March 18-19, 2022

General Admission tickets provide access to the pristine 6,000-acre grounds of the Charleston Woodlands, dozens of performances by some of the finest names in bluegrass across three lakeside stages.

 

Charleston-based entertainment agency,Ear for Music,has announced tickets are now on sale for theCharleston Bluegrass Festival,to take place Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19 among the beautiful 6,000-acre grounds ofThe Woodlands Nature Reserve. 

 

“This is our seventh year hosting the festival, and our lineup truly gets better every year,” shares Ear For Music Owner Rob Lamble. “We look forward to camping under the stars, and enjoying some of the nation’s top bluegrass artists with the Charleston community.”

After more than 18 years together,Greensky Bluegrassis excited to be headlining in one of the Holy City’s most picturesque venues. The band has graced colossal stages such asRed Rocks Amphitheatre,and played alongside top musicians, includingPhil Lesh,Bill KreutzmannofThe Grateful DeadandBilly Strings.

One of the most innovative groups in live music, Colorado-based quintetYonder Mountain String Bandwill also be performing their pioneering jam-grass act, including their latest album, “Get Yourself Outside.” Audiences can also enjoy music fromTown Mountain,Larry Keel Experience,Pierce Edens,The Wilson Springs Hotel, New Ghost Town,Randy Steele,The Lowhills,Pluff Mud String Band,Southern FlavorandWest King String Bandduring the two-day festival.

Camping gates open at 12 p.m. on March 18 and 19, with event gates opening at 5 p.m. Shows begin at 7 p.m. both days.

General Admission tickets provide access to the pristine 6,000-acre grounds of the Charleston Woodlands, dozens of performances by some of the finest names in bluegrass across three lakeside stages. Festivalgoers can also enjoy local eats, vendors and art between the music. VIP tickets provide access to designated VIP stage viewing areas, lounges with complimentary refreshments, and discounted drinks at VIP bars, in addition to premier parking and festival entrance lane.
