Steve Seguin came to Charleston from Nashville, Tennessee in 2010. He has seen and been a part of the food and beverage boom in the ensuing years. A cook by trade, he's also a wannabe writer who loves to find hidden gems of restaurants whether here in Charleston or whenever he travels. When he's not scribbling down his thoughts in notebooks, he's likely perfecting his sourdough bread baking skills, reading Kurt Vonnegut books, practicing yoga, riding his bike around town or listening to records. "On The Way I Wonder," his first published work, was featured in the Charleston City Paper Dining Issue in February of 2020. He hopes to share his experiences in a collection of short stories and essays.
