As you prepare for the holiday season, there's no better time of the year to enhance your culinary skills than with a front-row seat at theWild Common Cooking School.While our school may be in session year-round, during the holidays it feels like an extra special "gift" for all. Gather your colleagues, loved ones and friends and enjoy innovative dishes, seasonal specialties, and the most important ingredient — time together for this shared and memorable experience. 

 

Led by myself and Sous Chef Zach Kimmel, the experience includes a 4-course meal with wine pairings. Begin the evening in our picturesque Courtyard where you will enjoy canapés and champagne. 

 

While our school may be in session year-round, during the holidays it feels like an extra special "gift" for all.

 

We will then escort you to our Chef's Counter where you will have the opportunity to watch us in action while learning about our technique and enjoying wine pairing expertise. The evening concludes with after-dinner drinks and decadent desserts.
