Last week Charleston Waterkeeper, whose mission is protecting the public's right to clean water by defending our city's waterways from pollution, hosted their annual Water Ball fundraising event at the South Carolina Aquarium. The attire on the invitation was listed as “Charleston formal” and defined by none other than Charleston Fashion Week Fashion Panel Judge and the man behind Social Primer, K. Cooper Ray.
