With the sales of nonalcoholic beverages up by more than 33 percent by the end of 2021, it is no surprise that businesses are leaning into this trend. 

A growing category of cocktails has caught the eye of a preeminent downtown luxury hotel. With the sales of nonalcoholic beverages up by more than 33 percent by the end of 2021, it is no surprise that businesses are leaning into this trend. 

Hotel Bennettis doing just that with the launch of an “Unspirited” menu including four unique cocktails — commonly referred to as mocktails — available throughout the property. Along with these new alcohol-free additions are three different beers priced at $6 each, and four wines at $12 a glass.

The four new mocktails now being offered atGabrielle,Camellias,Fiat Luxand poolside are detailed below:
