High Water Presents "Low Tide Social"

High Water Presents "Low Tide Social"

In High Water's first year, the festival has organized a "Low Tide Social" as a special kick-off event.

On Friday, April 21, 2017, High Water will kick off the fest weekend by presenting “Low Tide Social”, an evening of supper and song featuring Lucinda Williams and her band.

This is very exciting for Charleston given that High Water is in its very first year and is already sold-out!  It is a Shovels & Rope curated festival with a line-up that includes The Avett Brothers, The Shins, Shovels & Rope, Na, Jump Little Children, Deer Tick, Julien Baker, The Sufferers, and many more great artists.

The evening will begin at 6 p.m. in Riverfront Park, North Charleston, SC.

There will be a special pre-festival event this year, which will feature live music to accompany libations, a Lowcountry Boil, and an Oyster Station hosted by The Smoking Pot.

What’s not to love about that fabulous trio of treats to kick off the sunny season?  These perks will be included with your ticket.  Tickets will be available to both High Water Festival weekend ticket holds and the general public.

If you’re not committed to the full festival experience, but you love good music, the outdoors, and delicious Lowcountry cuisine, then this event is the perfect way to experience the magic of the sold-out fest!

Tickets are available for $65. Visit here to purchase.
