Crowned the "Best Music Concert" for three years running by Charleston City Paper readers, Zac Brown Band's Southern Ground Music & Food Festival returns to Charleston, SC's Blackbaud Stadium on Daniel Island on Saturday and Sunday, October 11 and 12.
 

People Magazine praised last year's festival for bringing Zac Brown Band's "love of music and food to an epic level" and this year's line up is ready to raise the bar even higher with featured sets confirmed for:

- Rodrigo y Gabriela 
- Gov't Mule
- Blues Traveler
- Big Head Todd and the Monsters - The Wailers
- Old 97's
- Darrell Scott
- Preservation Hall Jazz Band
- St. Paul & The Broken Bones
- Boy and Bear
- Steep Canyon Rangers
- Ashley Monroe

This year's festival will also feature performances by members of Zac Brown Band, including:

- Coy Bowles and the Fellowship 
- Clay Cook 
- John Hopkins and Brighter Shade

Continuing the festival's annual tradition, Zac Brown Band will close each night with different "Super Sets" featuring special sit-in performances from other acts on the bill.

Ticket pre-sale for Zac Brown Band fan-club members begins on Tuesday, May 27 at 12pm. Pre-sale opens to those who have previously attended the Southern Ground Music and Food Festival on Wednesday, May 28 at 12pm. General sale opens on Saturday, May 31 at 10am. VIP ticketing options are available, including Zac Brown Band's customized Front Porch Stage Boxes, which provide concertgoers with onstage seating and a gourmet meal prepared by a team of renowned chefs under the helm of Southern Ground Executive Chef Rusty Hamlin. Guests in the boxes are served complimentary beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic drinks.

All festival attendees will have access to gourmet concessions. Last year's stands included fare from the Southern Ground Social Club (Zac Brown's pork-and-greens sandwich) and Zac Brown Band's mobile kitchen "Cookie" (Hamlin's jambalaya).

Two-day festival passes start at $149 during presale and $169 during general sale. Gates open at 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.
