On Wednesday, February 16, Chef Irani will work alongside Post House Chef Nathan Hood to create a four-course, Indian-inspired menu highlighting several Spicewalla products.

 

Post House spices it up with acclaimed Chef Meherwan Irani for a special dinner on Wednesday, February 16. The Old Village hot spot welcomesSpicewallafounder and James Beard Award-nominated chef for a restaurant takeover dinner featuring his signature spices and crave worthy Indian street food. Post House (101 Pitt St.) is thrilled to welcome five-time James Beard Award-nominated Chef Meherwan Irani to their coastal tavern and inn for a Spicewalla Restaurant Takeover on Wednesday, February 16.

 

Born in London and raised in India, Irani is the chef-owner of a growing restaurant empire in the South's most essential culinary cities, includingChai Paniin Asheville and Decatur, GA,Botiwallain Atlanta and Charlotte andBuxton Hall Barbecuein Asheville. He founded Spicewalla in 2017, a small-batch spice company that supplies both chefs and home cooks with exclusive blends and explosively flavorful whole and ground spices.

 

Tickets for the prix fixe menu are $75 per person and includes a set of three Spicewalla’s premium spices; cocktails, beer and wine will be served a la carte.
