Charleston’s new Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) practice Optimal Bio is excited to partner with local wellbeing consultant Sarah Gravely to host “Optimal Wellbeing” on March 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Bodega downtown. The event will offer insights on how improving your mental and physical health can help maximize your potential, and will end with a Q+A.

In addition, Sarah will speak to workplace wellbeing and how to ensure your day-to-day work life is as productive and proactive as possible. Speakers for this event include Dr. Greg Brannon, Medical Director of Optimal Bio; Sarah Gravely, Wellbeing Consultant; Shannon Converse, Nurse Practitioner at Optimal Bio and Tylar Brannon, CEO of Optimal Bio.
