If you haven't yet heard the smooth sounds of Charleston-native-now-Brooklyn-resident Frances Cone, take note. The music video for her new single "Come Back" (which is available on iTunes) recently premiered on Refinery29 to stellar reviews: "It has that lived-in nostalgic quality which places the listener somewhere immediately familiar, yet removed from any specific decade or place," the site describes, going on to compare her voice to those of Neko Case and Cat Power. Sundance Award-winning DP Hillary Spera filmed the video.
