JAIL BREAK III, the most anticipated and locally driven arts festival of Charleston is holding the city hostage April 14th, 2012. Artists of every medium are taking over The Old City Jail to transform this space of captivity into the crux of creativity. Musical giant, Slow Runner, joined by an impressive lineup of bands including: French Camp with Owen Beverly, Old You, The Fireworks Show with Danielle Howle, and more will sound the artistic seizure as painters take claim over the stone walls, dancers fill the space with rhythmic liberation, and artisans supply their collections of crafts and goods to a bevy of locals.
The inmates are pulling out every stunt in their arsenal for the third JAIL BREAK as the festival promises to overload the senses and bring together the most fascinating and innovative talents in the community!
JAIL BREAK III takes place April 14th , 2012. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 day-of, $15 with a student id. Advanced tickets may be purchased at www.entropyarts.com. The event kicks off at 4 pm, and goes to 11pm. Artwork will be on sale by local artists and vendors. Food trucks will be on-site and alcohol will be available for purchase. The Old City Jail is located at 21 Magazine Street, 29401 in Charleston, SC.
